At the special general meeting (“Special General Meeting” or “the meeting”) of the shareholders of Terrasan Group Limited held today, Wednesday, 06 March 2024, the special resolutions proposed at the meeting were unaltered from that reflected in the Circular and were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
